Emakimono is an infinite auto-runner (or auto-flier, more so) that has you take control of a small, paper swallow, desperately fleeing from the collapse of its world. Gracefully guide the swallow over and under the various obstacles that stand in its way, and fly as far as you can!
This game was created in 48 hours as part of the Brisbane (Australia) 48 Hour Game Jam.

Mac-key mode is a minor mode that provides more mac-like key bindings on Mac OS X. The code is developed by SeijiZenitani. Getting mac-key-mode. Mac-key mode is bundled with CarbonEmacsPackage and the file is also available at. Emakimono (絵巻物 emakimono?, lit. 'picture scroll'), often simply called emaki (絵巻?), is a horizontal, illustrated narrative form created during the 11th to 16th centuries in Japan. Emakimono combines both text and pictures, and is drawn, painted, or stamped on a handscroll. Images for the virtual desktop are now being preloaded into RAM. When this is complete, you will be presented with the desktop and be able to browse all. The 'Classic Environment' is a built in Mac OS 9 emulator that runs within Mac OS X 10.4.11 and earlier on PowerPC Macs. This proves helpful in versions of OS X that support Classic Mode and allows those older programs and applications to still work on a Mac that does not boot natively into a version of OS 9.

EMAKIMONO - Japanese Film Series*
On the 20th of May, the state capital of Dusseldorf, which offers one of the largest Japanese locations in Europe, will celebrate the 16th anniversary of the JAPAN DAY. On this occasion, the Filmmuseum Düsseldorf is delighted to present the diversity of Japanese culture in the cinema Black Box. Together with the Japanese curator Hiroko Kimura-Myokam and the Japanese film director Shinpei Takeda, we want to present a young and exciting japanese Filmprogramme.
It is a good opportunity for every visitor of the city to immerse into the Japanese culture. We guarantee a diversified round trip through the land of the rising sun and look forward to your visit.

*The word Emakimono has been chosen for the name of the festival, since it means paper roll, and makes reference both to the origins of film itsself and the originis of the japanese comic called manga.
